ACCESSIBLE SEATING

Accessible seating for patrons with visual impairments and limited mobility is available on the concourse level.  Specific seat locations will vary according to each event.  One companion seat may be purchased with each accessible seat, and, if available, additional companion seats can be purchased in the rows in front of that section.
Handicap accessible parking is located at the North Entrance to the Coliseum.  A valid state issued disabled placard must be displayed.

REFUNDS

There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased.  If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase for a limited time, as announced (see below).

CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED EVENTS

In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the Littlejohn Coliseum website.  Please be aware that there is no way to contact every individual ticket holder other than through the local media.

If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase.  For example, any tickets purchased at Littlejohn’s Box Office would be refunded at the Box Office; tickets purchased through a Ticketmaster outlet would be refunded at that specific outlet.  Refunds will only be given out during a specified and limited time.  After this time period has passed, no refunds will be issued.

In the event a show must be rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date.  In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until the new event date has passed.
Inclement Weather

All shows at the Littlejohn Coliseum are "Rain or Shine" events.  Only in extreme inclement weather are shows cancelled or postponed.  Rain and snow are not considered inclement weather.  For questions about an event cancellation due to weather, please call 864-656-0619 or 864-656-1413.

TICKETS FOR CHILDREN

For most events everyone, no matter their age, is required to have a ticket for admission.

Discounted ticket prices for children may sometimes be available for specific family shows.  Children's discounts are not generally available for sporting events and for most contemporary music artists.

Some events may also have age restrictions.  These restrictions may be set by the Coliseum management, or the touring act.
GROUP SALES
Group seating is available for some events. Blocks of seating or group discounts may be available for groups of 20 or more.  Areas for pre- and post-event parties are also available for rent. Contact 864-656-1412 for information.

CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION POLICY

For safety and security reasons, tickets purchased by credit card may only be purchased by the actual credit card holder.  Littlejohn Coliseum and Ticketmaster both use a credit card verification system that will only allow tickets to be sold to persons whose name, address, and phone number match that supplied by the credit card's issuing bank.

LOST/STOLEN TICKETS & TICKETS NOT RECEIVED IN MAIL

If tickets are lost, stolen, or not received in the mail, patrons should immediately contact the original point of purchase to inform them of the loss.

Please also contact Ticketmaster directly at 864-233-2525, or your local Ticketmaster phone number, for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster by phone or over the Internet.

Lost tickets are similar to lost cash, and passes will not be issued unless ownership of a seat location can be verified 100%.  Issuance of a lost ticket pass is not guaranteed.  If a ticket purchase can be confirmed, the original ticket is voided (and will not pass through the door scanners) and a new ticket is reissued.

TICKET ON-SALE INFORMATION

Events are generally put on sale on Fridays or Saturdays. These events are usually announced at least one week before they go on sale.  To find out if any events are going on sale at a certain time, please call the Box Office at 864-656-1413.

BLACK TICKETS

As a security measure, tickets printed for Littlejohn Coliseum’s major events are printed on thermal paper.  The writing on the face of tickets is burned onto the ticket surface rather than printed.  Tickets stored in cars, especially in glove boxes or on dashboards, or in other places of extreme heat, may turn completely black and become unreadable.  This can happen even if they are in an envelope.  Should this occur the Coliseum Box Office may not be able to issue new tickets if the original seats cannot be determined.  Tickets should be returned to the point of purchase to determine if they can be replaced.

COUNTERFEIT TICKET WARNING
Littlejohn Coliseum utilizes Ticketmaster bar code scanners for every ticketed event.   Consumers should only purchase tickets through Littlejohn Coliseum, Ticketmaster, or an authorized ticket agent.  Tickets bought from other sources may be stolen or counterfeit, which could deny you entrance to the event.  All tickets will be scanned upon entry into the venue.  Littlejohn Coliseum does participate in Ticket Exchange, a recognized resale program through Ticketmaster.com.  For information about Ticket Exchange please visit ticketmaster.com or call 864-656-1413.

WILL-CALL TICKETS / VIP PASSES

Will-call tickets purchased through the Ticketmaster by phone or over the internet can be picked up at the East Box Office 2 hours prior to the event start time.  A picture ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets are required to pick up tickets.
Tickets or passes left by touring personnel, including artist or promoter tickets, are considered prepaid will-call tickets and are left at the East Box Office’s Pick-Up Window.  These tickets may be picked up 2 hours prior to the event start time.
Patrons may also leave tickets at the Pick-Up Window; however the Littlejohn Coliseum cannot accept responsibility for unclaimed tickets.
Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the Pick-Up envelope after identity is verified.

BACKSTAGE PASSES

Backstage passes can never be purchased.  These passes are supplied by touring personnel only.  Backstage passes are very limited and usually only provided by radio stations, fan clubs or artist management. Often, radio stations hold contests to win the back stage passes to meet your favorite star.  Littlejohn Coliseum personnel cannot give or sell backstage passes to patrons or give out tour personnel information.
For more information, please contact the Littlejohn Coliseum Box Office by emailing: tickets@clemsonmajorevents.com or by calling 864-656-1413
