Cancelled or Rescheduled Events

In the event that a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to local media outlets for distribution and placed on the homepage of this website. Please understand that there is no way to contact every ticket holder individually, other than through the local media.

If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase. For example, any tickets purchased at Littlejohn’s Box Office would be refunded at the Box Office. Tickets purchased through a Ticketmaster outlet would be refunded at that specific outlet. Refunds will only be given during a specified and limited time. After this time period has passed, no refunds will be issued.

In the event a show must be rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until the new event date has passed.

Inclement Weather

All shows at Littlejohn Coliseum are “Rain or Shine” events. Only in extreme inclement weather are shows cancelled or postponed. Rain and snow are not considered inclement weather.

Tickets for Children

For most events, every event attendee (regardless of age) is required to have a ticket for admission.

Discounted ticket prices for children may sometimes be available for specific family shows. Children’s discounts are not generally available for sporting events and for most contemporary music concerts.

Some events may also have age restrictions. These restrictions may be set by Coliseum management or by tour management.

Discounts and Limits

Any and all discounts are offered at the discretion of the tour, promoter, and venue. Clemson University students will have the option to purchase tickets online through Ticketmaster with applicable discounts and reduced Ticketmaster fees for some events. Students will be assigned a user-specific password for online purchases that will identify them to Ticketmaster as a CU student. Instructions for obtaining student passwords will be distributed via a student listserv email. Students may also purchase tickets in-person at the Hendrix Student Center Guest Services Desk with University ID during business hours.

Passwords provided to Ticketmaster for student verification will not be associated with student names and will not be used for any other purpose than to verify status for student discounts.

CU Staff and Faculty discounts and/or pre-sales, when applicable, will be available in-person at the box office and will require verification by use of official Clemson University ID.

Most shows impose ticket limits per household to help prevent “scalping”. Ticket limits will vary by show.

Lost/Stolen Tickets & Tickets Not Received in Mail

If tickets are lost, stolen, or not received in the mail, patrons should immediately contact the original point of purchase to inform them of the loss. Please contact Ticketmaster customer service directly at 1-800-653-8000 for tickets purchased by phone or over the Internet, or contact your local Ticketmaster outlet.

Lost tickets are similar to lost cash, and passes will not be re-issued unless ownership of a seat location can be 100% verified. Issuance of a lost ticket pass is not guaranteed. If a ticket purchase can be confirmed, the original ticket is voided (and will not pass through the door scanners) and a new ticket is reissued.

Blackened Thermal Tickets

As a security measure, tickets printed for Littlejohn Coliseum’s major events are printed on thermal paper. The writing on the face of tickets is burned onto the ticket surface rather than printed. Tickets stored in cars, especially in glove boxes or on dashboards, or in other places of extreme heat, may turn completely black and become unreadable. This can happen even if they are in an envelope. Should this occur, the Coliseum Box Office may not be able to issue new tickets if the original seats cannot be determined. Tickets should be returned to the point of purchase to determine if they can be replaced.

Counterfeit Ticket Warning

Littlejohn Coliseum utilizes Ticketmaster bar code scanners for every ticketed event. Consumers should only purchase tickets through Littlejohn Coliseum, Ticketmaster, or an authorized ticket agent. Tickets bought from other sources may be stolen or counterfeit, which could deny you entrance to the event. All tickets will be scanned upon entry into the venue. Littlejohn Coliseum does participate in Ticket Exchange, a recognized resale program through For information about Ticket Exchange please visit or call 864-656-1413.

Tickets or passes left by touring personnel, including artist or promoter tickets, are considered prepaid will-call tickets and are left at the Box Office’s Pick-Up Window. These tickets may be picked up 2 hours prior to the event start time.

Credit Card Verification Policy

For safety and security reasons, tickets purchased by credit card may only be purchased by the actual credit card holder.
