Round one

Round One
Round One is the most hectic because of its short events and quick conversations. This is your chance to see all eleven chapters and let them know who you are. This round offers the opportunity to discuss the benefits that sorority and Greek Life have to offer at Clemson University. Each sorority wants to get to know you! Relax, have fun, and above all, be yourself!

What to Wear: Dress is causal and comfortable. Short outfits, jean or khaki skirts, and comfortable shoes are suitable.

Round two

Round Two
These events last 40 minutes and you can attend up to a total of eight events. During these events you will participate in a service project with the sorority members. This is a great opportunity to learn about the service projects that the sororities undertake. It is also a great time to see how you work as a team member with each sorority.

What to Wear: This round is more casual and designed to portray a work group atmosphere. Dress will include your recruitment t-shirt (provided by Panhellenic) and jeans or shorts. No cut-offs should be worn.

Round three

Round Three
These events last 45 minutes and you can attend up to a total of five events. This is a time to notice if you feel a sense of belonging with each sorority. Continue to ask questions about sorority life in general and each specific chapter. The sisters will help answer your questions by sharing their personal feelings about their individual chapter. You will also receive financial information about each sorority whose parties you attend.

What to Wear: This round is a little dressier. Sundresses, casual pants or skirts, and comfortable shoes are suitable.

Preference Round

Preference Round
These are the last events of recruitment and tend to be more emotional. The events last one hour and you can attend up to a total of three events. The sororities will be explaining to you what it means to them to be a member of their sorority and what their sorority could offer you. Think back on the previous rounds and recall what you liked best about these sororities and why you would choose to join a particular group. When choosing a sorority, keep things in perspective.

What to Wear: “Sunday dress," dress pants or skirts, and comfortable shoes is suitable. Note: semi-formal and formal dresses are too dressy.
