CLEMSON - Indie singer/songwriter Corey Smith delivers his blend of country, blues, and rock to the Littlejohn Coliseum Lawn at Clemson University on Friday, September 22.

Tickets are on sale now for $10 at the Littlejohn Coliseum east gate box office, at Ticketmaster outlets and online at www.ticketmaster.com. The show is open to the public and ample free parking is available around the coliseum.

Paying his dues in the North Georgia music scene, Corey Smith's following has grown since the 2003 release of his debut album, "Undertones." With tracks like "If I Could Do It Again," "In Love With A Memory" and "Twenty-One," Smith now plays to sold-out shows across the southeast.

Smith's agent, Cass Scripts, says that Clemson could be the best stop on the fall run. "We are excited to have the opportunity to play in a beautiful outdoor setting. Corey fans will be able to get a great show in a great environment in Clemson. With no walls to hold us back, we think Clemson will be the biggest date this fall," he said.

Smith's concert wraps up Derby Days, an annual campus event organized by Sigma Chi fraternity. Proceeds benefit the Children's Miracle Network. Coolers and outside food or drink are not permitted. Lawn chairs and blankets are allowed.
