Ring in 2006 with Point of Grace and The Crabb Family

CLEMSON - Contemporary Christian group Point of Grace and Southern gospel quintet The Crabb Family will ring in the New Year in a concert at Clemson University's Littlejohn Coliseum Saturday, Dec. 31, at 7 p.m.
Tickets for the show are still available at the Littlejohn Coliseum box office, all TicketMaster outlets or online at www.ticketmaster.com . Floor seats are $30, lower bowl seats are $25 and upper bowl seats are $20. Students, faculty and staff with a Clemson ID will receive a $5 discount, and all tickets are $5 more the day of the show. The Platinum-selling Point of Grace will turn Littlejohn into a "Winter Wonderland," performing songs from their 11 th album of the same name. The album contains a blend of traditional hymns and original songs, which will be featured on the group's 19-city Christmas tour.
Sharing the stage will be the five siblings of The Crabb Family. Although their roots are primarily in Southern Gospel, their latest album "Driven" features a variety of styles and genres. The album won five Dove Awards in 2005, including Southern Gospel Album of the Year.
Opening the show is Southern gospel singer Mike Bowling. He is the first Southern gospel soloist to have a number one song in seven years and the first ever to have back-to-back number one hits.
