CLEMSON — Summer is drawing to a close, but radio station B93.7 is hosting one last chance to have some fun with the Verizon Wireless Last Chance Summer Dance Friday, Sept. 5, at Clemson University’s Littlejohn Coliseum.
Tickets for the show are available now at the Littlejohn Coliseum east gate box office, TicketMaster outlets and online at http://www.ticketmaster.com. Tickets are $25, $35 and $75, plus applicable fees, and Clemson students and employees will receive a $5 discount on all tickets with a valid Clemson ID. There is a limit of two tickets per Clemson ID.
Jesse McCartney got his start in 1999 as a member of the boy band Dream Street. He launched his solo career in 2004 with the album “Beautiful Soul,” which achieved platinum status. His latest disc, an R&B album titled “Departure,” includes the hit single “Leavin.’” McCartney is currently touring with American Idol winner Jordin Sparks.
The other featured acts range from rock to pop-punk to R&B to reggae.
“This show is packed full of hot performances,” said Marty Kern, Littlejohn Coliseum manager. “This will be a very fun way to close out summer for Upstate South Carolina.”
